Paralegal Careers
A typical day in the life of a paralegal involves assisting
attorneys with a variety of tasks, from organizing documents
for a case file, to interviewing clients and experts,
to drafting legal documents. A paralegal’s precise
work will vary a great deal depending on the type of
law firm or area within a firm he or she works in as
well as the types of cases he or she is assigned to
at any given time. A typical day, however, generally
involves a combination of legal and administrative tasks.
At times, paralegals can work long hours, but this again
depends on the precise cases and the type of firm.
